Cancellation/Refund Policy
Overview

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to, changes in taste, incorrect sizing, or a change of mind.

If you have any questions or concerns about a product before making a purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you. However, once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled.

When you shop online, it's important to know what you're getting before you make a purchase. That's why we make every effort to ensure that the products you receive are the same as the images or videos on our website.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that doesn't match the images or videos on our website, please contact our customer service team right away. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and make sure that you're satisfied with your purchase.

Exceptions:

In the rare event that a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We may require photos or additional information to process a claim. If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement product or issue a store credit, but we do not offer refunds.
